I will read anything by Catriona Ward at this point. She’s an instant preorder. This was highly engaging, uncomfortable, and caught me a bit by surprise by the end. The audiobook provided an excellent feel for the different narrators. Some readers struggled with the changing perspectives, but I think the audiobook helped keep it clear. It switches from Rob in past and present, Callie in present and a narrative that Rob wrote as part of an ongoing book series. If you go in knowing that, it helps!
