So often when we approach issues like anxiety people turn to psychology or trite encouragements. This books is neither. Ardavanis dives deep into the character of God, and there finds hope. It is only because of who God is that it even makes sense to not be anxious.
While the book focuses on anxiety, I would honestly recommend it to anyone battling a variety of issues—depression, hard times, doubt, etc. The character of God is something that can comfort all who fall on his name.
