The Magnolia Inn by Carolyn Brown

4.0

I always enjoy a good Carolyn Brown story. She normally has such likable characters and this book is no exception. Jolene is an independent woman who has taken care of herself for a long time. When she inherits Magnolia Inn, she is excited to make a go of it. She only has $100 in her bank account, so when her horrible cousin decides to sell off his half of the inn, she can't afford to buy him out. Lucky for her, the handsome Tucker Malone becomes her partner.
Tucker is trying to move on from the death of his wife. He hasn't had much success though. He can't let her go. When the opportunity to buy a partnership with Jolene comes along, he was hesitant. Soon though they become pretty good friends and found ways they both could heal from their past tragedies.
