Having read other books in the Montana Creeds series, I had pretty high expectations but this one just didn't live up to them. It had a lot of build up but then the relationship story between Tricia and Connor seemed forced. I actually preferred the side stories about Tricia's Great Grandmother and tension between Connor and his twin brother.
