Playing Easy to Get by Jaid Black, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Kresley Cole

4.0

I first got this book mainly just to read The Warlord wants forever by Kresley Cole because it was the prequel to the beginning of the series but decided to read the other stories while I was at it.

The first story, Turn Up the Heat by Sherrilyn Kenyon was probably my least favorite, I liked the idea. The heroine was good as well, and was the hero but to me the story just went by too fast. I guess thats what a short story is but I just felt it could have been a bit longer, some details I felt needed to be added.

The next story, Hunter's Oath by Jaid Black, was better than the first. I did have more depth than the first, for that I was thankful for. The main plot was interesting, it would have been nice to read more about the Viking world but it was still written well.

The Warlord Wants Forever by Kresley Cole was the best story out of them all. I really enjoyed the plot, and there was so much more depth to the characters and plot. I am excited to read the next books in the series.

Overall this book was good, I would recommend it to people who like romance mixed in with some action
