Following on from reading the first Inspector Morse book I did prefer this one. A nice whodunnit with twists and turns. I only wish that in addition to the map at the front of the book we also had a character list as it was hard to keep track of all the tourist's names especially when they were only briefly mentioned but then a lot later get brought up again
