Heroes: The Greek Myths Reimagined by Stephen Fry

4.0

Within this book you'll find compilation of stories from your good ol' Greek heroes. From Perseus, Heracles, and even Atalanta; it's all covered in this book.

I wouldn't say I'm an expert in Greek mythology but I do read about them as much as I can, albeit I don't see myself ever picking up The Iliad in this lifetime. That being said, though I pretty much know, as much I could possibly know, about the all star famous Greek heroes, it's still fun to read about them, especially in the way Stephen Fry is serving it in this book.

One I like the most is that Fry covered Atalanta in his compilation of Greek heroes. I genuinely never thought that Atalanta can be considered a Greek hero, but I'm not complaining. She's amazing.

Would I recommend this book? Sure, why not? Especially if you are new into the realm of Greek heroes, this book will be a fun read.
