Loved this one! To contrast with the uncanny consistency of the Dog Man series, Captain Underpants is all over the place. At its worst, it's pretty awful. At its best, it's sensational. This, like Wicked Wedgie Woman represents another high water mark for the series. Not only is it a fun(ny) new entry, but it continues to add pieces to the lore and open up the formula to experimentation. I'm all about it.
