I've read no other Thor or Jane Foster comics, so I'm sure I'm missing some context. The art was cool, including all the variants that popped up. I found the story and dialogue a little dull at times--too much speechifying or exposition. Jane Foster/Valkyrie felt unsettled as a character, which makes some sense as this is an origin story, but I think it was a little too much indecision about who she was/was going to become. Lots of plot armor.
