My favorite part about this book is that the idea is interesting and original—corrupt pharmaceutical company develops a drug using unethical practices to make themselves billions. Plus, the added mystery of the drug’s stakeholders dropping dead left and right. It’s very compelling. However, the out of place sex scenes and sexual references felt a bit forced. I was also disappointed by how flat the characters felt and some of the decisions they made didn’t make any sense.
