Cooking at Home: Or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying About Recipes (And Love My Microwave): A Cookbook by David Chang, Priya Krishna

slow-paced

1.0

This was embarrassing to read. Basically a 'professional' chef who has been cooking at home for one year and then thinks he should write (well 'talk', Priya wrote) a whole 'not' cookbook about the things home cooks already know and have been doing for centuries. Priya's comments on what a d*ck Dave is are kind of funny I guess, the first essay was embarrassing as well, didn't bother to read the others.
