Diaries 1969-1979: The Python Years by Michael Palin

5.0

Ten years worth of diaries is a lot to read. Almost six books worth by my reckoning. If you choose to pick this up, I promise you shan't resent a moment of time spent in the company of ever interesting and charming Mr Palin.

Before I got to this book I had already read [b:Halfway To Hollywood: Diaries 1980 to 1988|6763710|Halfway To Hollywood Diaries 1980 to 1988 (Palin Diaries, #2)|Michael Palin|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1327882585s/6763710.jpg|3110230] which was just as excellent. It's interesting to note there there is a bit more fire to the younger Mr P, presumably after the first crazy flush of Python success he mellowed a little.

Here's hoping that he'll share his diaries from the 90's and onwards...
