Very realistic portrayal of anxiety. I give a lot of credit to the author for being brave enough to be this honest. I've had very similar experiences, and enjoyed being able to relate to this book. Some stanzas read like poetry, some more like prose. Overall, if you have anxiety and want to feel less alone, or know someone who struggles with it and want to understand, I think this is a great resource.
