This was a tale of two halves for me. The first chunk of the story had me feeling a bit exasperated with the lack of communication between all of the characters, but by the second half I was completely swept up by the romance (and Delilah’s friendship with Iris, which I wanted more of). The romance is so well done, and the ending was so sweet (friendship!!)! I loved how they kept calling the other out on their bullshit. Excited to move on to the next Bright Falls book, although I’m not sure yet how well I’m going to get along with Astrid as the main character.
