Out of the three books in this series, I'd say that this one is the heaviest.
Serena has had a harsh life that she literally has to escape. The (individual) relationship development between the characters was slower and less explosive in this story, which made sense.
I wish we had gotten more moments with the pack as a whole. Pack bonding moments happened primarily off the page, and compared to the previous stories: I missed seeing that.
Overall, this was a cute Omegaverse story, and I enjoyed the cameos of the previous main characters.
