Extinction Red Line by Tom Abrahams, Nicholas Sansbury Smith

2.0

This novel is a prequel to the Extinction Cycle series. It's poorly written. Every dialogue is either snarled, or exploded, or stammered. Every character who has a nickname has the nickname explained in the exposition. That kind of thing is so much better when it just comes up naturally in terms of show, don't tell. This book is a telling masterpiece. I don't recommend this book.
