Rooted: Life at the Crossroads of Science, Nature, and Spirit by Lyanda Lynn Haupt

4.0

At times I thought this book (part nature memoir, part nature philosophical musings) too slow, or too wordy, or too over my head - yet at other times I thought it quiet and sensible and kind and practical and inspiring. So I did enjoy it it. I didn’t come away with some big epiphany, but I will try to spend more time listening, wandering, barefoot, and appreciating the outside natural world.
