Danger Street Vol. 1 by Tom King

dark mysterious medium-paced

3.0

Honestly a bit of Fargo vibes going on here as a series of small decisions escalates into potentially world-ending consequences. King brings some of the same vibes he had for titles like Mister Miracle in this layered multi-character noir. Unfortunately, it's a bit chaotic, tricky to follow at times, and mostly sets up whatever greater conflict is still to come. Excellent art and bold ideas, but I'll admit, I struggled a bit.
