The first in a series about Josie Pigeon, a carpenter, who inherits a construction company. The twist is that it is an all female crew!
Things are going well on the house they are remodeling until Josie finds a dead body underneath a tarp and tries to hide it. The problem actually comes when the body disappears and Josie has to figure out who did it. She does it with the help of Sam, a newcomer on the island and owner of the liquor store. Possibly love interest in future books? I don't know, we'll have to read more of this series to find out!
