So, I did not love all these stories equally, but that's no surprise. This book combines several different comics with different writers and artists, so the styles are pretty varied.
You can pretty much read this in any order if you start with "Hunger" and "Cataclysm 0.1" and then end with "Survive!" In fact, if you're only interested in seeing how your favorite characters get through this particular crisis, feel free to just start with the first two, pick and choose from the ones in the middle, and then cap the whole thing off with "Survive!"
If you're a completionist, here's my recommendation:

Cataclysym 0.1
Cataclysm: The Ultimates
Cataclysm: Ultimate X-Men
Cataclysm: Ultimate Spider-Man
Cataclysm: The Ultimates' Last Stand
Survive!
