I don't read Arabic, so I can only appreciate Massoudy's calligraphy as abstract art, though even at that his designs are beautiful. Each image is a quotation about love, mainly from classical Arabic poets, but also from European and more contemporary sources, too. A nice book to enjoy as a visual aesthetic. The chosen quotations are interesting, but felt (understandably given the context) too short to really know the writers new to me.
