Death on the Nile by Agatha Christie

4.0

What I Did Like:
+Once the first big event happens, this moves at a good pace. Things are happening, clues are snapping into place, and you’re hooked on what might have happened.
+Overall satisfying mystery. The beauty of these Poirot novels is that you see the puzzle pieces individually but don’t see the picture until he reveals it. It has a sort of fun game vibe. Reminds me of the old Clue movie where you’re chasing all the evidence. Add to that the idea that Poirot, unlike most book detectives, hints that he knows before you do … and you feel like you need to work quickly.
+Resolution. You aren’t left wondering, there are no strings left hanging. If you like your endings tied up with a bow, you’ll love this one!

Who Should Read This One:
-Fans of Sherlock Holmes, clue games, solving mysteries themselves, or old school mystery movies.

My Rating: 4 Stars
