This was disappointing and fell quite flat for me. I feel like the book tried way too hard to squeeze itself into P&P that many characters, situations, and settings felt awkward. Honestly, I think it would have been much better if it was just its own story of a young heroine solving mysteries in the regency era, with no ties to P&P.
