Hello, Goodbye, and Everything in Between
by Jennifer E. Smith
At first, I thought that this story was quite boring. I felt as if I hade read this story before and it was a lot of 'deja vu'-feelings over it. The characters were so ordinary and 'easy', and everything else was so 'superromantic' that it felt fake.
But after a while, when more had happened and I had started to get to know them, the story got better. Even though I thought that the main character Clare was so boring and nothing 'special', I started to enjoy her friends. I would've loved to get to know Stella better, or Scotty. They seemed so interesting, so why couldn't we get more of them? The story was really good when they were in it, so...
I enjoyed when the story got a bit more 'crazy' and also when they had long talks about something, but everything else was just 'simple'. I wanted more than I got, so to say.
