I didn’t think I’d like this book and I have never wanted to read it, but I found a copy in a holiday home we were staying in and thought I’d read a couple of pages to see what it was like….well I got hooked!
I really enjoyed it, I loved Scout and Jem, hearing their thoughts as they try to make sense of the world around them & the fickle decisions of adults. I loved the wisdom of Atticus and how he explained the world to his children.
A thoroughly enjoyable classic.
