Skyfishing: (a Grand Tale with Grandpa) by Gideon Sterer

4.0

I enjoyed the surrealism of this story. Grandpa comes to live with his granddaughter from the woods to the big city. He lives to fish. He is getting depressed. His granddaughter figures out how to make him feel better. They play a game of pretend fishing in the city.

I love the fish they are catching and the way the let their imagination fly with all the city fish they can catch. This is a super fun read with amazing art and graphics.

My nephew enjoyed this story and he had to have this book again before he went to sleep, so I read him one more.
