I just simply adore Miss Marple. And I lovingly hate how Dame Christie always has me second guessing myself!!!!! I may think I'm improving my observation skills in these mysteries, but then I fall yet again for another red herring. But I will say that I am getting better!
Also, gotta note that I love Lucy Eyelesbarrow as a main character, and I wish I could see more of her! She (and Craddock, but Lucy's the star!) was kind of like Marple's sleuthing protégé. She's very skilled, clever, and independent. There's hints of a loveline here, but she's such a girl boss that she'd totally be fine without any of the men she comes across in this book. They're messy for sure 😵💫
