The Promised Neverland, Vol. 7 by Kaiu Shirai, Posuka Demizu

Oh my gosh, I forgot how funny this volume is! Seriously, the look on Geezer's face after Emma punches him in the nuts is PRICELESS! Also, can I just say how much I love how Emma and Ray simultaneously care a lot yet also have zero fucks left? I feel like the scene where Emma threatens to blow up the shelter best encapsulates this point, but it could just be me.

I'll tell you, the two page spread where everyone's imagining the whole family together at the shelter in the future was heartwarming, heartbreaking, and so DAMN CUTE! That's a lot of weird and slightly conflicting emotions, but whatevs.

This series just never lets up with the action, the feels, and the incredible pacing, making this easily one of my favorite Shounen Jump titles. This is definitely worth the hype it's received.
