A bit more informative than interesting, but I loved the information! When I was a kid, I remember the biggest environmental ideas I heard about were recycling and planting trees. This book has so much more! It's focused on reducing waste by reducing and reusing when possible. It includes recycling as a final option, but talks about some problems with recycling as well. They even include a bit about the importance of policies in achieving waste reduction and a sample letter for contacting representatives. A well-rounded and hopeful approach to reducing waste in the past, present, and future.
