Oh gawd. Painful. Her writing style is dreadful. It’s all one liners and sarcasm.
It reads as though the plot, what little there was of it, was conjured up to fit in with her jokes.
In her flippancy, the author broaches topics like domestic violence, sexual assault, sexism and violent crime in a way that is not only insensitive and disrespectful but borderline offensive.
