If you can get through the first quarter of the book in which everyone debates what kind of constitution Mars should have...no, it's still not very exciting.

After a trilogy of long novels about the terraforming and settlement mars, with tons of characters, I feel like I don't really care about any of the characters.

10 years from now I probably won't remember much about these books except that they were long and go into great depth about climate science.
