Star Wars: Age of Republic - Padmé Amidala by Paolo Rivera, Cory Smith, Javier Tartaglia, Jody Houser, Marc Deering, Walden Wong, Wilton Santos

4.0

I just finished reading Queen’s Shadow, so the release of this issue felt more than a little perfect, timing wise. I’m sure that was intentional.
Regardless, I knew that I had to read it. I wasn’t quite ready to say goodbye to Padme (again) so this was perfect.
It’s a short story in truest form. A quick foray as Padme tries to form new contacts and bonds with other worlds. It may seem small compared to other events happening in the world, but it was still refreshing to see.
