The second volume of Copperhead lives up to how good the first was. We return to the town of Copperhead, where clearly certain influencers are used to having a say in the running of the local law enforcement. Sheriff CLara Bronson is having none of it.
The relationship between the Sheriff and her deputy remains the most interesting one in this story. It's no secret that Boo applied to be Sheriff before Clara was appointed and holds a grudge, will he cross over into actual treachery?
