Shadowcroft Academy For Dungeons: Year One by James Hunter, Aaron Michael Ritchey

adventurous fast-paced

3.5

It was not what I expected going into it from the blurb. It was very much a Harry Potter type school with four houses competing for the house cup each year.

This school is definitely more deadly. But somehow everyone around our MC is fine even though they are considered the worst.

I was intrigued enough to push through and I thought the dungeon crawl at the end was the best part of the book. It was very creative and so interesting.

I’ll continue to the next book since I know what I am getting into.
