Devil's Honor by Megan Crane

5.0

**I received a copy of Devil's Honor from Net Galley in exchange for an honest review**

Devil's Honor by Megan Crane will definitely be a hit when it releases in November and I can't wait for the second book to come out.

Merritt Brousard has come home to Lagrange running from her boyfriend/co-worker that has suddenly shown his controlling side. Her father has also recent passed away and she needs to clean out their home and settle the estate. She grew up here knowing that when she finished with school, she was going as far as she could and never return. But five years ago, she loved Joseph "Greeley" Shaw who is a patched member of the Devil's Keepers MC who own several businesses in town plus a few of the town council as well. But she turned him down that summer when he asked her to become his Old Lady and ran to start law school. Old boyfriends never stay away and neither does Greeley when he finds out she's come home. There is some surprising information about her father who was the unofficial club doctor later on in the book plus an even more troubling issue that will bring on the second book in the series.

I loved her BFF, Lanie, a stripper/manger of Petit Joe's and when Merritt decides that she could possibly stay in Lagrange, maybe she really did mean to come home after all. When the president of the MC makes a decision that could cause more than friction in the club that involves both Merritt and Greeley, can they overcome it and be more than lovers?

I highly recommend Devil's Honor and truly enjoyed reading it.
