This was one of the best short story collections I’ve read in a while. There were very few that I didn’t like.
Each story is written by a female and features witches or witchcraft. Some stories are modern others more fantastical. Each offers something unique and powerful.
Some of my favorites were: Black Magic Momma, The Night Nurse, How to Become a Witch Queen, The Deer Wife, Gold Among the Black and Bless Your Heart.
This is definitely a book I will want to add to my collection.
