Melt Into You by Roni Loren

5.0

I knew there was a reason Roni Loren is on my automatic buy/want list. Her Loving on the Edge series has such a cast of complex characters that you can't help but emotionally get involved in Jace, Evan and Andre's relationship. Evan and Jace, especially, are stripped bare and forced to face their past and secrets in order to find a way to the relationship they want with each other and with Andre.

Evan has been trying to reinvent herself from the teenage runaway she was. She thinks she finally has the solution when she agrees to be her best friend, Daniel's wife. So may be unfulfilled in the relationship, but at least this way she's sure to avoid the heartache she experienced at seventeen. Daniel knows she's unhappy so he gifts her a weekend at The Ranch, hoping she can get the fix that she needs. While scared about what she might be walking into, she still agrees to go. She just never thought she'd run into her past while there.

Jace Austin's life is in somewhat of a shambles. His business needs cash to expand, but he cheating, greedy ex-wife is sucking him dry. And what she doesn't strip from him, his father and his demands/accusations will. His best friend and roommate suggests a weekend at The Ranch for some fun. While Jace is up for he and Andre having a dominating threesome that weekend, he didn't expect to find his ex-foster sister and the only woman he's ever truly had feelings for, standing in the newbie sub line.

Evan, Jace and Andre had stunning chemistry together. Evan and Jace were these two emotionally wounded souls that Andre was able to balance out. Even when Andre had promised himself to give Jace distance, he knew when his friend was in need of that emotional support and was there for him. Evan and Jace had a lot of emotional history to work through, but once they discovered that what the three of them had together was worth fighting for.

I highly recommend this series to anyone who is looking for a great menage/BDSM read with emotionally engaging characters and a great storyline.
