Death in the Clouds by Agatha Christie

3.0

As with every Christie novel, I generally enjoyed the process of reading "Death in the Clouds". However, I have to admit that this is probably one of my least favourites thus far. Though I am an admirer if Hercule Poroit and his methods, I found the plot and the investigation process quite long-winded and very little thrilling. The last 30 pages, I was finally hooked and could not put the book down - however, this is quite late for a Christie novel, I find.
Nevertheless, I was - as always - quite surprised at the end. I suspected the murderer one time during the plot but never with this backstory.
