3.0

Listennnnn, I'm a simple person- I saw that this book is 1.5 in the series and I picked it up.

My initial reaction:
Taryn ain't worth shit.

🏆What I liked:
  • This novella makes me appreciate Jude more.

🚩What I didn't like:
  •  I read a review where someone said that any .5 book in a series is a cash-grab. I somewhat agree.  The point of this novella was to see Taryn's perspective of everything that happened in The Cruel Prince- which it accomplished. Her perspective, while understandable, may not be what some like or want to read. However, it should be picked up just to learn more about Jude and to get more dimensionality from other characters.
