I'd hoped this one would be better than the previous comic I'd read ("the lost adventures") but it just wasn't for me - it just didn't feel like it was part of the atla universe. the characterisation felt off, with the characters feeling like watered-down caricatures of themselves, and the varying art styles made it really difficult to immerse myself in the stories - not because the art was bad necessarily, but it was difficult to tell which character was who unless someone said their name. overall this lacked the special atla spirit and wasn't all that great as its own thing, and I've checked out more of the comics from the library so I'm hoping those end up being better than this.
