While on the one hand it is a gripping story, it really is just a rehash of the far superior 'Vampire Science,' except that book doesn't keep undercutting itself with the most cliched and edgy dialogue and characters this side of a teen drama.
Project: Twilight also never really goes anywhere, it's just all set-up for a future story. This means that two main characters just get dropped either too conveniently or quickly, just so this story doesn't have to deal with the consequences of its own story. Very unsatisfactory
