Review and rating only for Dave's Head by Suzanne Palmer.
The main characters are really strong and unique. A female engineer! A talking dino head! The narration and dialogue were fun. But, I found the conclusion did not really explain the main plot. This is barely a novelette, it could use a few more pages since there's still a story to tell.
Anyway, still a very good one. Suzanne Palmer is now added to my fave short fiction writer since I read some of her stuff from last year that are really good.
