Fantastic book on friendship , especially for adults who find themselves in a place lacking community and not sure how to proceed. Relational connections are vital and this book gives practical advice on how to make and keep friends and deal with conflicts that arise. The sub title being about attachment theory was lacking imo, the short quiz to figure out attachment styles and only delving into the 3 primary was a bit rushed and shallow, I was hoping for more info and data on that front.
