This was an interesting read. I enjoyed the premise and set up of the book. I typically enjoy multi-generational family stories, but this one missed the mark a little. I appreciated that the author included some deeper, important topics/discussions, but I felt they were not fully flushed out. I would have liked these discussions to be longer/more significant. I had a hard time grasping the overall message of the story. I did enjoy the characters, I appreciated how each POV was unique but still connected. I also enjoyed how the stories were brought together at the end.
