This book was very cute.
I liked the building romance and I like how miscommunication was used. I'm not a big fan of the miscommunication trope, but this was an OK way of doing it where it didn't frustrate me.
The characters are believable and so is their growth. They're not perfect by the end of it and that's incredible.
The ending can feel a bit abrupt but I don't find myself wanting another chapter. I liked how it ended.
The deadline was a good plot point that had you feeling alongside them the panic to get things done.
Also having two already out lesbians was incredible. Coming out stories are great but sometimes it can seem like the market is oversaturated with them so this was refreshing and wonderful.
