Completely Clementine by Sara Pennypacker

5.0

I probably say this in every one of my Clementine reviews, but I just love this character. This is the series I wish I had written. In this final installment (noooo!!!), Clementine is finishing up third grade and struggling with saying "goodbye." It's also almost time for an important new "hello," as baby is due any day. Other subplots include Margaret's mother's wedding and Clementine's feud with her father over disappointment in him for eating meat loaf. A coming-of-age story for the elementary-school set, full of Clementine's wisdom and whimsy as well as plenty of love.
