Did I judge this book by its cover? Yes. Of course, it's purple!
I am not sure what happened, nor am I sure about how it ended. Square Eyes was quite a confusing book. However, the artwork was beautiful, and the artwork/colour scheme kept me hooked.
If there were a sequel to Square Eyes, I would read it; the storyline reminded me of Paper Girls.
