Blood Trail by Tanya Huff

3.0

I'm not as wild about the world building in this installment as I am in the rest of the series. After reading the first book, which manages to create a great deal of tension and interest even though we know who is behind the killings within a few pages, this one seems to dawdle along. And, in spite of this theoretically being where Henry and Vicki need to be developing their relationship, those notes are barely hit on.

Still interesting... not my fav. The first book is really good. The next three are fairly intense.
