A fun story to read on the side

I have to admit, the book had a rough start for me. The setting didn't quite appeal to me, and I found the c(r)at as the protagonist a bit cheesy. But what bothered me the most was Theodore T. Theodore: the twisting of letters in words incredibly disrupted my reading flow and at times, it was just too frequent to still be funny. Fortunately, it didn't appear too often after a while.

However, thanks to the beautiful writing style, the interesting world, and the humorous tone, I always felt like continuing. I quickly grew to love Echo and Ghoolion. They make a wonderfully quirky duo! And as the story progressed, I became more and more curious about how it would all turn out.

And the end of the story did not disappoint. Towards the end, the story really picks up pace and shines! And such a good ending makes me forgive a weaker beginning!
