If you're a fan of Seth Rogen's particular charm and humor, this book is a must-read. His personality really comes through, especially in the audio as he narrates it himself and has a full cast with added sound effects. It's also only 6 hours, so not too intimidating to get started.
I particularly enjoyed the stories about Rogen's interactions with fellow celebrities (George Lucas, Nicholas Cage, Kanye West come to mind) as well as the behind-the-scenes from the making of movies like The Interview.
